Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Jiliaaa wallet instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed during banking hours and may take up to one business day to reflect in your account.
All funds deposited into your Jiliaaa account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Jiliaaa reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Jiliaaa aims to process withdrawal requests promptly following successful KYC verification. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.
Jiliaaa reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
All transactions on the Jiliaaa platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Jiliaaa does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

Jiliaaa's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jiliaaa account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jiliaaa does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, Jiliaaa may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination for any other reason, Jiliaaa will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your Jiliaaa account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Jiliaaa may charge a monthly dormancy fee on dormant accounts as permitted by applicable law. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Jiliaaa platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Jiliaaa's customer support team. Jiliaaa will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Jiliaaa.
Jiliaaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Jiliaaa platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Jiliaaa platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
